About the Pro Fungo Wood Bat:

Looking to pound those grounders and hit those fly balls during team infield and outfield practice? Go with an all-around use fungo!

Made from birch for durability and longevity, the wood Pro Fungo is the original style of fungo with flat ends. The Pro Fungo features the same barrel and handle diameter as the Coach's Fungo but with a traditional knob versus the flared out knobless handle end of the Coach's Fungo. Instead of rounded ends, the pro fungo comes with flat ends, like its original design. It's the choice for those coaches who prefer the feel of their hand resting on the top of the bat knob. We had one coach tell us that he liked the Pro Fungo for when it gets really hot out and his hands get sweaty. The knob gave him something to prevent his hand from slipping off. While more coaches today prefer the Coach's Fungo, this wood fungo is still very popular.
