For the transition from a metal bat softball play to wood bat softball play, this is a great place to start.\u003cbr\u003eSimilar to the SB3, the discernible difference is in the transition from the handle in to the knob. The SB3 has a very traditional, straight transition. The SB73 is at the other end of the the spectrum -- a large flare in to the knob for those who would have gone tape happy on their metal softball bat.
